1. Send your children to school in proper school uniform.
2. The student should bring homework notebooks, pencil box, tiffin box, water bottle, 01 pair of extra clothes, a small towel, a handkerchief and a diaper (if required).
3. Please follow the meal plan as promulgated by the school or send homemade food only.
4. The visiting hour for parents is 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM unless it is a medical/ other emergency.
5. In case, any stationery item goes missing from the student’s school bag, it can be conveyed to Teaching staff or collected from boxes placed outside the classroom after working hours.
6. If parents have any complaints/ suggestions please write them in the register kept in the Guard Room of CGKG or an appointment can be made with the headmistress through the Admin office by calling on landline number only (02892-299132 /02892-299134).
7. If any parent comes to pick up the child, please carry your I-Card.
8. Do not send your children with valuables such as gold or silver ornaments that are not part of the uniform. The school will not be responsible for any loss or misplacement
9. Teachers will communicate any specific concerns about students to parents by sending a note in the Homework notebook until school diaries are available. Academic suggestions or queries from parents shall be addressed during parent-teacher meetings.
10. Absence of leave for less than a week may be intimated to Headmistress telephonically. When a child is proceeding on planned leave/ away from Okha, leave applications are to be sent in advance to the Headmistress. In case of absence without leave, on return, a letter stating the reasons of absence must be produced.
11. No altercations with school staff, including security personnel, will be tolerated at the kindergarten premises. The school administration upholds the decorum expected of the Armed Forces and maintains its priority at all times.
